The Global Carbon Pricing Challenge (GCPC) is a partnership of countries committed to carbon pricing, supported by a network of key experts. This leader-driven initiative sets a concrete collective target for carbon pricing coverage to drive ambition and increase the visibility of carbon pricing as an effective approach in the global fight against climate change.
This high-level discussion will bring together representatives from new and existing GCPC Partners and Friends as well as from a diverse range of countries interested in carbon pricing. Delegates will discuss the role that carbon pricing can play in developing economies and how the GCPC is supporting emerging carbon pricing policies.
