Explore over 60 events advancing global actions on climate change

The COP29 Canada Pavilion will embody Canada’s inclusive and collaborative approach to tackling the triple threat of climate change, biodiversity loss and plastic pollution. It is a critical venue for Canada to convene key partners and stakeholders to advance global climate actions through the lenses of ambition, partnership, and implementation.

The Azerbaijan Presidency has selected thematic days to highlight critical areas for climate action and collaboration. The Canada pavilion events program will closely follow these thematic days and in addition, host a dedicated Indigenous Climate Leadership Day. Indigenous perspectives, gender equality, and youth empowerment are fundamental values of the Canada Pavilion. These cross-cutting principles have been integrated throughout the COP29 Canada Pavilion Events Program.
