Below is an outline of key dates and timelines for the development of the Canada pavilion events program. Note these dates are subject to change as the program develops. Applicants will be notified of any changes to deadlines or other key milestones.

Event Leads work with the Event Management Team to refine and confirm event details, including but not limited to event titles, descriptions, speakers, formats, runs of show, and logistical needs |
| October 28, 2024 | Canada pavilion events program is published on the GoC and ECCC websites |
